1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Print Master app (the “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Print Master provides an iOS-based solution that enables users to print documents and images directly from their mobile devices using compatible printers. Our services may include wireless printing, scanning, and other features related to document management and printing.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Print Master only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account information and for all activities that occur through your use of the App.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Print Master may offer subscription-based or one-time in-app purchases for enhanced functionality.
- Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase or at the start of a subscription’s renewal term.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure that Print Master meets your expectations. If, within 7 days of purchase, we fail to deliver the promised services or the app does not function as described, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are issued at the discretion of Print Master after a review of the issue. Contact us at info@printmasterapp.com to initiate a refund request.
- Refund Process: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
